My 4th great-grandfather was Sanford Porter. He lived in many of the States in New England and then traveled to Utah with the Mormon Pioneers. He wrote a journal of his life and mentioned people he lived by or met. I thought it would be fun to attach the encounters that Sanford had, thereby perhaps shedding alittle light on other researcher's ancester's personalities.
